guarantees all it’s
products to be free of defects
in workmanship and material for
the time period referenced below
from the date of purchase by the
original buyer . We will replace
or repair, at our option
providing there is no evidence
of customer misuse, accident,
alteration, abuse or faulty
installation . Should we be
unable to repair or replace the
exact product model within a
reasonable amount of time, an
upgrade to a model of equal or
greater value may be accepted,
at our discretion.
Money Back Guarantee/Refund
policy
All merchandise unless otherwise
indicated may be returned in all
original Packaging within 30
days from the original invoice
date for a refund. A return
authorization number is required
for all returns. A 15%-25%
restocking fee may apply. These
terms apply to all refunds. All
products are shipped with a
repair/replacement warranty
period. Customers must inform
S&L Services Inc. of any order
discrepancy within 7 days from
the invoice date so that we may
investigate and resolve the
situation accordingly.
Return Policy
Returns only apply if a defect
is evident. If you believe a
product is defective, please
call us for instruction and an
RMA (Return Material
Authorization) number. Any
return sent without prior
authorization will be denied,
automatically returned without
prior notice, and a handling fee
will be accessed. Locate an RMA
form via our website, print out
the form, fill out the
appropriate information and use
that form as your shipping
label, by affixing it to the
outside of the package. Please
place the RMA number on the
SHIPPING LABEL ONLY. Under no
circumstances will returns be
accepted if the original package
and original parts/contents are
not maintained and if a copy of
the sales receipt or invoice is
not enclosed. Any missing items
from the original package will
be charged on a per item basis.
RMA are valid 10 days from the
date of authorization.
This warranty will not apply to
defects or damage resulting
from; improper or inadequate
maintenance or neglect by
customer; customer-supplied
parts; unauthorized modification
or misuse; operation outside of
the environmental specifications
for the products; improper site
preparation and maintenance;
product which have been modified
or incorporated into other
products; use of other
companies’ parts or accessories,
either new or remanufactured.
Any alterations to the unit
voids all warranty and
obligation.
Buyer is responsible for all
shipping and insurance charges
on returns. This unit should be
mailed back prepaid by insured
parcel post to S&L Services Inc.
If the parcel was not insured
and the return refused, the
buyer is responsible for any
loss or damage. In addition to
less S & H Charges, some returns
are subject to a 15% - 25%
restocking fee at our
discretion.
S&L Services Inc. makes no
further warranty, express or
implied, including any warranty
of merchantability or fitness.
In no event will S&L Services
Inc. be responsible for an
incidental or consequential
damages, including damage to any
closed circuit video equipment
or products.
Legal Status of Products
It is the responsibility of the
buyer to ascertain and comply
with all applicable local, state
and federal laws in regard to
the profession and use of any
items purchased. Consult an
attorney regarding such laws
before placing an order. Check
your local state law for audio
recording. By placing an order,
the buyer represents that he or
she is of legal age and agrees
to use the product only in a
lawful manner. We assume no
liability associated with
product usage.

signifies agreement to these
